Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

If you decide to return any item(s) it must reach us in its original state within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Any items returned to us must have all original tags still attached, be in original and saleable condition without any marks, make-up or odours. Items we receive which are not in a re-saleable condition will be returned back to the original shipping address, and no refund will be processed.

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To start processing your return, please follow the below procedure, depending on your destination.

UK RETURNS

We provide FREE returns to customers returning goods within the UK. To return your order to us, please follow the instructions provided below:

1. Check if your order is still within the 30 day returns period.  Please sign in to your account on our website, click MY ORDERS and you will find a RETURNS option available on orders which are eligible for return.

2. Visit the Royal Mail website via this link for the OUTLINE returns page. Alternatively, you can visit the Royal Mail website and search for "Print Returns Label", then search OUTLINE in the list of retailers.

3. Select the Package Size "Box/Bag" then select "YES".

4. Fill in the form entering the relevant Order Number for the item you wish to return (your Order Number can be found on the Sales Invoice sent with your order, and in your Order Confirmation email). Please make sure you enter the same contact details on the Royal Mail Returns form, as you have registered with OUTLINE.

4. Print your returns label and stick it securely so that it is visible on the box.

5. Place the goods you wish to return securely in the original OUTLINE packaging, including your original sales invoice and documentation.

6. Now sign in to your account on our website and select RETURNS. If you are already signed in to your account, select MY ACCOUNT then select RETURNS.

7. Complete the form provided in this section choosing the relevant Order Number from the drop down menu.

8. Enter the Tracking Number provided by Royal Mail for the package you are returning to us.

9. Check all the information provided is correct and click SUBMIT.

10. Take your labelled box to any one of over 11,500 Post Office locations in the UK.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to international shipping constraints, all customers returning goods from outside the UK will be responsible for the associated delivery costs. Please ensure a tracked and signed for courier service is used so the goods are returned safely to us for your refund to be processed. We cannot be held liable for any products lost or damaged during transit.

1.  Check if your order is still within the 30 day returns period.  Please sign in to your account on our website, click MY ORDERS and you will find a RETURNS option available on orders which are eligible for return.

2. Arrange delivery of your return, via a tracked and signed for courier service of your choice, to the following address:

3. Sign in to your account on our website and select RETURNS. If you are already signed in to your account, select MY ACCOUNT then select RETURNS.

5. Complete the form provided in thus section choosing the relevant Order Number from the drop down menu.

6. Please enter the Tracking Number for the package you are returning to us, and give details of the courier service you are using in the comments box.

7. Check all the information provided is correct and click SUBMIT.

8. Place the goods you wish to return securely in the original OUTLINE packaging, including your original sales invoice and documentation.

9. Send your return via the tracked and signed for courier service you have chosen (as above).

10. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card/method. Delivery costs will not be refunded

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be paid out to through the same method you made your original payment for that product. This will be processed within 14days of receiving the returned product from you.

Outgoing delivery costs will not be refunded.
