Returns Policy


If you decide to return any item(s) it must reach us in its original state within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Any items returned to us must have all original tags still attached, be in original and saleable condition without any marks, make-up or odours. Items we receive which are not in a re-saleable condition will be returned back to the original shipping address, and no refund will be processed.

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To start processing your return, please follow the below procedure, depending on your destination.


We provide FREE returns to customers returning goods within the UK-Mainland.

**Please note customers returning goods from Channel Isles, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Republic Of Ireland will be responsible for delivery costs .

To return your order to us, please follow the instructions provided below:

1. Check if your order is still within the 14 day returns period.  

2. Please make sure your original documents are in the package and reason to return filled.

3. Fill the Royal Mail label provided with your order number then attach label to returning package.

4. Take your parcel to any Post Office.

5. We will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date.


Due to international shipping constraints, all customers returning goods from outside the UK will be responsible for the associated delivery costs. Please ensure a tracked and signed for courier service is used so the goods are returned safely to us for your refund to be processed. We cannot be held liable for any products lost or damaged during transit.

1.  Check if your order is still within the 14 day returns period.  

2. Arrange delivery of your return, via a tracked and signed for courier service of your choice, to the following address:

3. Sign in to your account on our website and select RETURNS. If you are already signed in to your account, select MY ACCOUNT then select RETURNS.

4. Choose the relevant Order Number from the drop down menu.

5. Please enter the Tracking Number for the package you are returning to us, and give details of the courier service you are using in the comments box.

6. Check all the information provided is correct and click SUBMIT.

7. Place the goods you wish to return securely in the original OUTLINE packaging, including your original sales invoice and documentation.

8. Send your return via the tracked and signed for courier service provided.

9. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card/method. Delivery costs will not be refunded

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds will be paid out to through the same method you made your original payment for that product. This will be processed within 14days of receiving the returned product from you.

Outgoing delivery costs will not be refunded.
